Conversations with a Runner over 50
(A Short Book Series by Don Day)
I said it. I’m over 50. Technically, I am still a runner, according to the verbal Charter of the 1980’s which clearly states that once you are a runner in your youth you will remain a runner for the duration of your lifetime. I’d send you to the Charter's website, but there isn’t one, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. Even couch potatoes (who were runners in their youth) are still runners. The “runner muscles” never stop remembering how to run, even if they have not been used for years or decades. Follow my journey through my upcoming short book series, "Conversations With A Runner Over 50" coming to an online retailer near you.
